She also switched my deductible from $500 to $0 and when I mentioned switching my homeowners insurance also to State Farm she said she would email me a quote without me needing to do it myself on the website. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for car or homeowners insurance as they made this switch from Progressive painless. Riyah has a great personality and I can tell she enjoys her job. She went above and beyond and made me realize the difference with customer service I had experienced with Progressive. They were not friendly and they did not seem to care about retaining my business. Riyah and Josh were both very knowledgeable as well. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I have a customer service background and I truly appreciate the time she took to establish rapport with me. Love this company and this team! Great job!"
